Wowie, Wowie, another Botcon has come and gone ;( , but it was good times as always!

One quick negative thing and we’ll get it out of the way. I noticed a lot of people have been posting that this Botcon sucked. WTF are they talking about? They were bitching about the HOF costing $45 and that there was no dinner served, and this and that. Dude, these are the same people that buy a $150 toy that original cost, what, less than $3.00 to make?!?! Jesus people, whether it’s a ‘Con, or an amusement park, or a movie, the fact that you know that you are going to pay for something that may or may not be up to your expectation, isn’t the point here. YOu have to understand, that in reality, you are paying money into a stock that you help support. Stop your bitching, if you want your toys, cartoons, etc to continue, shut up and show your support, pay the money, enjoy whatever cheese you get, because ultimately, it makes you happy. Happiness equals a longer life, and that’s what counts you bastards.

Ok so a VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO SLICK MCFAVORITE FOR SELLING MY BOTCON SET ON HIS EBAY ACCOUNT! * MUAH * I never sweated so much at a Botcon in my life! I am not used to be tight with money, and have been traveling so much that my funds have reached that “oh shit, i can’t do this, i can’t do that point.” When I tried to sell my figures on my Ebay account, apparently my standards weren’t up to par and I was slapped with a “You can’t sell your stuff for this amount” notification, which left me with a swollen, limp, d*ck in hand. :( Luckily Slick posted it on his Ebay account and we were paid the next morning!!!! WOW WHAT A RELIEF! Slick got to see my not so care free, stressed, and very worried Saber face, and he did a good job putting up with it and trying to cheer me up!

Now, on to the ‘Con. Botcon to me has always been about the Show Room. That feeling of being in a Toys R Us custom built for me is a dream come true! Slick introduced me to Panels a couple years ago, and I love going to them now too! Lolz, I always get caught up with the show room everytime I go, and make a bee line for it and forget about the autograph & panel lines, lolz! Botcon always brings out the kid in me, and as long as I can still make it out there, I”m gonna keep going!

Toys that stuck out… Masterpiece Rodimus gets a big, HOLY SH*T, WOW, UNBELIEVABLE, BETTER THAN A $300 HOOKER IN UTAH, 10 THUMBS UP! I don’t own a single transformers anymore after the Divorce Earthquake of 2010, but boy oh boy am I tempted to buy him and these other Masterpiece Seekers, WOW! What a dream it would be to have Hasbro reissue all of the G1 figures, in their original boxes, MASTER PIECE STYLE! Have them come on the same timeline as the other figures did back in the 80’s! Could you imagine shelves upon shelves of G1 Masterpieces? The guy who invented the Masterpiece line needs to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for sure!

Stunticon Box Set: Absolutely beautiful, I’m a big fan of purple and black. Also a huge fan of Animated. This set would display nicely. The exclusives were also beautiful as well.

Still waiting on the Hasbro “Animated Starscream’s Seeker Brigade” 6 box seeker set to be released here in the US. It’s a huge box with Starscream transformed in the middle with a specially designed face and shiny diamond all spark chip in the forehead. The other 5 seekers are transformed in their alt modes and pointed towards him. Incredible set if you can get your hands on it!

Special thanks to Mrs McFavorite for letting us cook for her and Slick! We made that kitchen our biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiaaaaaaaaaaaaaatch! Extra Special Thanks to Slick for CLEANING UP! Also thanks for letting me crash there!

Until 2012, Next ‘Con Time, Next ‘Con Station!

Are you the guys I sat with on the plane from Denver to LAX? If so, HI!!! I forgot the name of the podcast, so I’ve been searching for a few minutes.

I had a great time at BotCon - didn’t know what to expect, but it definitely didn’t suck! My friends and I really enjoyed being there and hope to go back someday!

You did find the right guys Stormer. It was great sharing the ride in with you (although it was really nice having a row all to myself on the way back). Glad to hear you both enjoyed the con.

Saber and I had a blast as always, even with our different con rituals and interests.

Would love to see that TF:Animated Seeker set.

Should be posting our Botcon show on Friday/Saturday.
