Open Your Toys Cast – Episode 028 (Part 2): Happy Christmas and Merry New Year!

As I sit here sober on a Sunday night, which hasn’t happened in a very long time, I’m excited, which also hasn’t happened in very long time. Okay, I’m actually very easily excitable and it happens quite often. What I really mean is excited about the coming year. I’ve never been one of those people that see the start of a new year as a new lease on life. To me, life is all about the long game. You grind daily, to achieve long term goals. However, it never seems like enough is getting done while you’re doing it and you always have a “to do” list. Well Mrs. McFavorite and I had probably one of the best weekends in a very long time, simply by getting shit done and reducing that list a little.

In part 2 we get to talking about what we saw in stores over the holiday shopping season. Can you say Transformers Mighty Muggs Wave 3 and Empire Strikes Back wave of Star Wars Legacy? Plus a we take a look at the new pre-orders, including FansProject Warbot Defender and the first of the 2010 Star Wars Lego sets. We talk about all the stuff we got, and man, did we get a lot stuff. Finally we start Listeners Feedback. Part 3 should follow shortly, but then again that’s what we thought about part 2.
