- Hasbro was not aware of the issue Amazon was having fulfilling the exclusive seeker 2 pack. They are going to look at the possibility of doing a 2nd production run or a rerelease in the future.
- 19 more non-combiner, pre-movie characters to go for G1 on screen. We’ll probably get there eventually. It’s a long game but that’s the goal. Wasn’t sure at first if SS86 would be welcomed into the SS line, but they tried it and it’s worked, will look at deeper characters going forward.
- Lots of positive feedback. Lots of potential there in regard to modern sculpts in Reissue packaging.
- super7 are different figures, different sizes. Articulation style different. They are more focused on old-school retro vibe where as Hasbro is more poseability and detail. Not a big concern about overlap.
- John Warden’s goal with Kingdom was cracking the surface so they can get more characters into Generations going forward. Used to do that. Generations is now the way to tell the future story, drive forward. Now the chains are off, so they can work things in.
- Shattered Glass – plans to use molds that are not currently active? Yes. Need to balance state of mold, costs, and what works for different characters. Who fits best.

- They are well aware of the distribution issues, especially with the Target Cobra Island exclusives. It was a combination of underestimating demand and Covid related manufacturing and distribution challenges. They ARE planning re-runs and re-issues (like the Cobra Trooper exclusive —> Cobra Infantry non-exclusive release).
- They ARE considering vehicles but want to make sure they can do them well. News and announcements are coming in June! (six weeks out)
- Retro: more figures are coming, they would not confirm the wave 4 leak, or who those characters might be. They did not mention more vehicles, although we didn’t have time to ask.
- VINTAGE/CLASSIC figures: O-ring is NOT dead! They DO hear your calls for O-ring figures on social. They find it exciting and makes them want to push to make it a reality.
