It’s been a crazy couple of weeks at Slick McFavorite Toys. I sold at my favorite toy show this weekend. As always, I had a great time. Got to see guys I’ve seen, bought from, and sold to for almost 20 years. I had great neighbors this year. He and his wife were amazing to talk to all day. Which is good, because the show was pretty slow. I only sold about $1300 compared to last year, when I did over $2100. Gave a lot of deals, especially relative to eBay prices, but couldn’t move some big stuff like my Razor Crest or Marvel Sentinel. What made it even sadder was that the show was recently sold. I’ve been selling at this show for almost two decades. It was actually another show that bought the rights. It will be really interesting to see how things change or if they’ll even continue it. Maybe they just wanted to kill some of their competition.
Need to wrap this up, so I’m just going to point out my favorite stuff without any attempts at wittiness, but with the inevitable verbosity. Even though he was name only, my boy, Psyche Out is finally on his way. Blokees kills it with Beasts in their cutest scale. Mondo continues to show He-Man a lot of love. What the Sith?
