Have you ever felt under pressure? Of course you have. We all have. It’s how you deal with it that matters. A lot of people fold. Some people mutter their way through it. Far fewer people shine. Who do you want to be? Sometimes it’s as simple as just making a decision. If you’re constitution makes it more difficult, it just means you need to work at it. This can be as simple as rehearsing if you have the opportunity. For some it can take years of training. The best thing you can do is understand how you handle it and choose if you rather it be different.
Speaking of people that shine, the Four Horsemen, sculptors of MOTUC, are absolutely killing it with their Mythic Legions 2.0 Kickstarter. In the most amazing thing that no one in their right mind or at least no one with a budget will ever buy is Generation Toy’s Green Shadow. Absolutely beautiful translucence. Another thing that is absolutely beautiful, that everyone can afford is the new Lanard Kong. While they made some choices I don’t necessarily agree with, I love it for what it is. Unfortunately, we hardly ever get any “3rd Party” Star Wars stuff, but we did get a pretty exciting official release, the name and logo of the next movie in the Star Wars saga.
May the calm be with you…Slick

Re: your discussion of Hasbro/case packs
– I worked at TRU, the Hasbro rep comes by at least once a month. She was there maybe an hour. Easy to miss unless you work there and are present almost every day. her job was more to make sure their products looked good on the shelf and that the store was honoring placement agreements, not to take inventory or cataloge what specific things in any given line were selling.
-Most major stores do track individual figure sales. They do provide this data to Hasbro. They also track what you buy with those figures. The value of a toy line is not just its sales, but the additional sales it generates.
-Case packs are determined in pre-production. The case packs for all Rogue One waves would have been set before even Hasbro had seen the movie and before the first wave hit retail. Impossible for them to know what will be a peg warmer. See Krennic, it wasn’t a dumb call to think the main villain would be a big seller just because he ended up sitting.
Great points. I especially liked that I never even considered Krennic the “bad guy” of the film which of course he was. Just never saw him as a “cool”/desirable figure.
