Lil Ms. McFavorite is in a phase where she whines constantly. She whines when we ask her to do something, when we tell her we’re going somewhere, basically anytime we bring something up, that doesn’t make her 100% happy. It’s almost comical at this point. It drives both Mrs. McFavorite and me a little crazy. I think it bothers me a little less after years and years of reading toy community posts. If there is one thing you can count on in collecting it’s whining.
The most whining this time around can be attributed to MEGA’s new G.I. Joe offering. While excellent in execution, the price is about twice what it should be. We whined for a couple of years about Transformers not making the Toy Hall of Fame. Our cries have been heard and silenced. I’m sure some Star Wars collectors will find some reason to whine about the Phase 1 Clone Trooper Super Battle Droid 2-pack, but to me, it’s perfect. People always whine about exclusives, but the only MOTU news this week is just that, and the character is ideal for an exclusive.
